AIML Engineers

 

Job description :

• 3-4 years experience in traditional Machine Learning skills Data Prep, Exploratory data analysis, discovery and tuning of best fit algorithms across variety of use case
• 2-3 year experience in new AI Deep Learning techniques Neural Networks (CNN, RNN, Transformers), transfer learning, leveraging pre-built/trained models and applying it for real world applications
• 3 or more year’s experience in core programming in AI/ML and implementation major of which is in AI/Ml based solutions (supervised / unsupervised ML, computer vision, NLP/ NLU, deep learning algo based etc.)
• Hands on python, and mastery of either of Tensorflow/ Pytorch packages.
• Knowledge and awareness of ML pipelines and MLOps workflow. Any experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading workshops/process to ideate & drive discussion on business problems/opportunity to discover AI/ML solution applicability & high level solution blueprint
• Experience in visualization of data
• Experience in interacting with and influencing leaders regarding AI based solutions, feasibility assessments and ROI.
• Extensive knowledge of functional and technical capabilities of key AI & ML standard tool capabilities.
• Experience of working of cloud platforms and open source libraries
• Good knowledge of all technology architecture considerations Not Must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to construct and deliver persuasive arguments on business, functional and technical issues and the ability to persuade leadership and business sponsors/ process owners
